WordPress Fix & Rescue

A WordPress problem, defined before it is fixed.

Broken forms. Plugin conflicts. Layout problems. Failed updates. Hosting-related errors. We find the likely cause, agree the scope, fix it, test it and tell you what we did.

From $149

Scope and price confirmed before payment. We aim to review new enquiries within one business day.

What happens next

A broken site is stressful. The next step should not be.

  1. Tell us what you can see. Include what should happen instead and whether a key function is affected now.
  2. We choose the responsible route. A clear fix, a Paid Diagnosis or a larger repair.
  3. You approve and pay. We confirm scope, price and timing before work starts.
  4. We arrange access, work and test. Safeguards match the risk.
  5. You receive a clear summary. Findings, changes, testing and next steps.

DigiSvag does not offer guaranteed 24/7 emergency support. If the site or a key function is affected now, say so in the form so we can understand the situation.

Three routes

Match the work to what is known.

1

The problem is clear

If the issue and expected result can be responsibly scoped, Fix & Rescue starts from $149.

2

The cause is unclear

Paid Technical Diagnosis is $99 prepaid. It covers investigation, likely cause where identifiable, risk and recommended next step.

3

The job is bigger

Complex Repair starts from $199 or a custom quote for larger, riskier or multi-part work.

Acceptance

Before we start, we agree what “done” looks like.

For a fixed-scope repair, we define the result: a form delivers to the agreed inbox, a page displays correctly at agreed screen sizes, or an update error no longer appears.

If we cannot yet define done responsibly, we start with diagnosis.

Controlled changes

Careful changes, clear boundaries.

  • Backup or checkpoint where the work calls for it
  • Staging for riskier changes
  • Testing after the change
  • A practical way back
  • No extra paid work without approval

If a repair cannot be completed within scope, you still receive the findings and recommended next step.

What to expect

  • Scope before work
  • Material changes need approval
  • Concise completion notes
  • Third-party costs disclosed before use

Boundaries

  • No guaranteed speed scores or rankings
  • No unlimited revisions
  • No guaranteed 24/7 cover
  • No passwords submitted through the form

Tell us what is happening

You do not need to diagnose it yourself.

We will review the task and recommend the next responsible step.
