Information you provide

When you send a task enquiry, we receive the details entered in the form, such as your name, company, email address, website URL, description of the issue, hosting information and any screenshots you choose to attach.

How the information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess fit and scope, prepare a quote or diagnosis recommendation, deliver an approved service and keep necessary business, security, tax and dispute records.

Sensitive access information

Do not submit passwords, hosting logins, API keys or other secrets through the website form or ordinary email. If access is needed after scope approval, DigiSvag will explain the agreed secure sharing method.

Form delivery and attachments

The website sends form details to the configured DigiSvag administrative email address. Uploaded screenshots are used only to deliver the enquiry email and are deleted from the website's temporary storage after that send attempt. Email providers and hosting systems may retain the delivered message according to their own settings.

Spam protection

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information about the browser, device and interaction for this security purpose. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more information.

Service providers

The website currently relies on Verpex Ltd for hosting, Zoho for business email and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Other providers may be used for invoicing, payment or business administration where reasonably required. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.

Subcontractors and AI-assisted work

No subcontractor receives client-site access without prior approval. Credentials, passwords, API secrets and other sensitive access information are not entered into general-purpose AI tools. Any other AI-assisted processing of client material must follow the agreed scope, confidentiality requirements and this policy.

Retention

Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last communication. Engagement, accounting, tax, security and dispute records may be retained for longer where reasonably required or required by law. Uploaded screenshots are deleted from temporary website storage after the send attempt unless needed for an approved engagement.

You may ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion where legal and operational obligations allow. Contact hello@digisvag.com.
