Who we are

DigiSvag is a brand operated by Dreamz Infotech, a sole proprietorship operated by Atul Ingale, based at 501, Omkar Classic, Sawata Mali Road, Parab Nagar, Indira Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra – 422009, India. Notices may be sent to hello@digisvag.com.

Enquiries and scope

Submitting the website form does not create a service agreement or payment obligation. Before paid work begins, DigiSvag will provide a written scope stating the included work, exclusions, price, expected timing and how completion will be assessed.

Payment

Small fixes, diagnoses and the Agency Trial Task are prepaid after scope approval. Larger projects may use written milestones. Third-party licences, subscriptions, taxes, payment charges and other external costs are excluded unless the written scope says otherwise.

Agency Trial Task

The $149 Agency Trial Task is a first-engagement format for a qualified agency: one WordPress site, one clearly defined issue, initial diagnosis and up to about two hours of agreed technical work, with appropriate safeguards, testing and concise completion notes.

If the task clearly does not fit before payment, DigiSvag will recommend a Paid Technical Diagnosis or a larger scope. If hidden complexity appears after work starts, DigiSvag stops at the agreed boundary, documents the findings and work completed, and recommends a separately scoped next step. The trial fee covers the investigation and work performed within the agreed scope and is not automatically refundable or credited.

Changes and approval

DigiSvag will not perform additional paid work outside the agreed scope without approval. Material scope changes, extra revisions and third-party costs require written agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

Work begins only after written scope approval and payment confirmation. A cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a refund, less non-refundable payment-processing or third-party charges. After diagnosis or technical work begins, fees cover work performed and are not automatically refundable. Any exception must be agreed in writing.

Client access and site safety

Access instructions are agreed after scope approval. Customers must not submit passwords or secrets through the public form. Safeguards such as backups, checkpoints, staging and rollback planning are used according to the risk and the access available. No technical change can be guaranteed risk-free.

Agency client protection

For agency engagements, communication goes through the agency unless another arrangement is approved. DigiSvag does not approach clients introduced through an agency engagement to sell services directly. If an agency-introduced client contacts DigiSvag directly, DigiSvag will point that client back to the agency, subject to the final professionally reviewed wording.

Completion and handover

DigiSvag checks the agreed result and provides concise completion notes. Where temporary access was used, DigiSvag closes it where reasonably possible or asks the customer to revoke it. The customer remains responsible for access it controls.

Care plans

WordPress Care is prepaid and limited to the inclusions, response expectations and change allowance in the written plan. Care is not unlimited website work or guaranteed 24/7 support. Repairs outside routine maintenance are scoped and priced separately. Prior familiarity or an onboarding review may be preferred, but is not automatically mandatory.

Service boundaries

DigiSvag does not promise specific speed scores, search rankings, uninterrupted operation or outcomes controlled by third parties. Guaranteed 24/7 emergency cover, unlimited work, unlimited revisions and large custom software development are not included unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Confidentiality subcontractors and AI tools

Confidentiality and working boundaries are agreed before access is provided. No subcontractor receives client-site access without prior approval. Credentials, passwords, API secrets and sensitive access information are not entered into general-purpose AI tools.

Taxes and third-party costs

Prices and payment terms are stated in the written scope. Applicable taxes, payment-processing charges and third-party costs will be identified where relevant. Tax treatment and invoicing follow applicable Indian requirements and the confirmed status of the contracting entity.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DigiSvag’s total liability for a specific engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. DigiSvag does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or business-interruption losses except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith through written discussion. Subject to applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.

Effective date

Effective date: 17 October 2026. These terms may be updated when the services, pricing or applicable requirements change.
